I love the no bullshit, just facts ...This is great! I love the no bullshit, just facts stuff going on here. I've seen so often that weight loss is just a simple equation move more, eat less = thin. There are so many factors and all calories are not created equally and muscle mass doesn't happen overnight and girls won't BULK UP if they start strength training... Just So much to consider.
